Ralitsa Dimitrova
It is important for Ralitsa to help NGOs hear what their beneficiaries, colleagues and society have to say about them, what they want from them and what they hope for. The stories that any organization can hear come in different forms - through interviews, through focus groups or through data.
Stories through data sometimes seem harder to read because they are in numbers and variables, but with the right design and an idea of what the end result is, numbers begin to tell stories. Data come in all forms and shapes, and in today's digital world, it is a gold mine for planning, management, project design and feedback collection.
Ralitsa has more than 5 years of experience in research projects for the non-governmental sector, where she deals with everything from research coordination to analysis and presentation of the results.
She holds a bachelor's degree in Sociology and a master's degree in Statistics, Econometrics and Actuarial Studies from Sofia University.
