At Impact Drive, we believe that working mothers have always been the nameless heroes of society. For more than a year we have been working on a project to support her - the woman who had children, who returned to work and became a working mother, housewife, wife and wife.

  • What can the mother expect from the employer when she returns to work?
  • What are the alternatives for the mother to work without an employer?
  • What is the role of the father when the mother works?
  • How can a mother handle household chores while working?
  • How to take care of the woman in yourself, given the care of everyone around her?

Vesselina Panayotova has 15 years of experience in the corporate sector in management positions, where she led a team of 200 people. Two years ago she started a team of mothers, inspired by her experience in the United States. Close work with the civil sector, on the other hand, gives her an insight into existing and untapped opportunities to achieve a work-life balance between the working mother in Bulgaria. To deepen his knowledge on the subject, he started a master's program at Sofia University in Economics and Law. He believes that in order to be credible, theories need to be experienced first hand. She has learned her greatest lessons from living, thanks to her husband and their two children aged 13 and 5.

Teodora Ivanova-Valeva is a multitasker who believes that change comes from us and only when we are together. Her professional life has long been associated with the design and management of grant schemes, projects and programs of various scales. He works for a short time in public authority and in private management consulting, but finds passion and meaning in working in the non-governmental sector and people working for causes. He is very interested in how to be effective, influential and successful in their missions. Its activities in support of organizations are related to project participation, mentoring, training, assistance in creating fundraising and business plans, organizational, communication and management strategies, lectures, consulting and more. The topic of motherhood engaged her back in 2006, when together with the team of the Association "Current and future mothers", incl. as its chairman, achieve a change in the law entitling the mother to 1 year of paid maternity leave. They are also working with the SNBM on a number of other projects concerning the upbringing of children in Bulgaria. She is the mother of two girls and works actively.
