За събитието

Impact HUB focuses on enhancing the ability of civil organizations to provide solutions, new ideas, and approaches to contemporary societal challenges. Following the needs assessment and the Sustainable Organizations workshop, we are closing the circle of support for the teams of organizations implementing grant agreements under the Mission: Possible program with a series of consultations aimed at fostering solid and sustainable practices in strategic and operational management.

Parameters of the Consultancy Support

Consultations are available to the teams of organizations with grant agreements under the Mission: Possible program. Participation is suitable for executive directors/chairs as well as team members and individuals in key operational roles.

To take part in this series of consultations, organizations must have participated in the initial needs assessment conducted in April this year and completed the questionnaire.
Each organization is entitled to up to five one-hour meetings with a selected consultant(s). Our recommendation is to focus on one or two areas (consultants) to allow sufficient time to delve deeply into the chosen topics and conduct a series of focused meetings.

Consultations will be held online, based on a pre-agreed schedule, from July 8 to September 20, 2024.

Application Process and Conduct of the Consultations

To apply, organizations must complete the registration form for this event. The application should outline specific issues and needs (e.g., defining strategic priorities for 2025, creating an organizational structure and distributing roles, communication planning, developing operational processes, etc.). The goal is to provide consultants with sufficient details in advance to enable targeted and practical assistance.

Organizations can select up to three topics from the list and receive a maximum of five hours of consultancy support.

Based on the information provided by your organization, our team will propose a consultant with relevant experience and a portfolio in the requested areas.

Scheduling the Meetings

A schedule will be created based on the applications received, coordinated with you, and confirmed. You will then receive meeting links and Google Calendar invitations for the scheduled slots.

Impact Drive will coordinate and align the meetings between consultants and organizations. A coordinator will send reminders to consultants and participants one day prior to the meeting. They will also manage changes to the schedule if necessary. Changes to meeting times are possible only with at least four days' notice and if the consultant is available to accommodate the change.

Failure to attend a meeting (except under force majeure circumstances) will result in the loss of that session. If two sessions are missed, the organization will be removed from the consultancy support program.

You can view the profiles of the consultants [HERE].

Additional Notes

Participation in the consultations does not guarantee funding and is not linked to the evaluation of application forms.
