Workshop "Sustainable Organizations" as part of our Impact HUB SeriesThe Impact HUB focuses on enhancing the capacity of civil society organizations to offer solutions, innovative ideas, and approaches to modern societal challenges. It also aims to ensure sustainable and flexible operations for these organizations in a constantly changing environment, while equipping professionals with the knowledge and skills necessary for impactful and effective work.The "Sustainable Organizations" Workshop centers on developing practical skills, internal processes, and tools to optimize resource use and operational efficiency. Key topics include:Monitoring action plans
Organizational governance (internal procedures, good governance, human resource management, working with volunteers and pro-bono experts, flexibility, and change management)
Evaluating the impact of our work
The workshop will serve as a foundation for assessing the individual needs of organizations and creating tailored support plans. These plans will include consultations, mentorship opportunities, and schedules for collaboration with each organization's team.This training is exclusively designed for the teams of organizations implementing grant agreements under the "Mission: Possible" program. It is suitable for executive directors, chairpersons, team members, and key operational roles within these teams.Expected outcome: Integrating strategies developed in the previous two workshops into daily operations through appropriate tools and effective people management.Note: Participation in the workshop does not guarantee funding and is not linked to the evaluation of application forms.The BIRDS in BG Project is co-funded by the European Union.
