За събитието

“3X the amount of unpaid care work is done by women compared to men” (UN Women)

“⅔ of women are in the workforce compared to 90% of men, which remains largely unchanged for the last 3 decades” (World Economic Forum)

The conversation about work-life balance in Bulgaria has just started. WomenBridges provoked participants to start mapping their paid and unpaid work. We kindly invite you to join us and to participate in the discussion about the work-life balance of working women! We are looking at it from both perspectives - personal life and the workplace.

Let’s meet on 21 February 2023 at JA Startup Hambar and online at Zoom and Facebook Live.

This event will gather in one place the WomenBridges partners and teams, NGO professionals engaged to women inclusion and equality, business professionals dedicated to employees’ policies at the workplace, as well as representatives of the educational and public sectors, engaged with the topic. We expect Buddies (mentors), Event speakers and Mentees, who participated in the WomenBridges project. Altogether we will give voice and discuss with our colleagues practical solutions that make work-life balance for working women possible.

In the two discussion panels we expect:

Veselina Panayotova, founder of Momgotajob, Natassa Grigoraki (Women Do Business, Greece), Selma Pezerovic and Murat (Jamba, Austria), Gergana Nenova (Sofia University), Nevena Taneva (SAP Bulgaria), Irina Lilova (Telerik Academy), Kameliya Moncheva (HPE) and more.

The event is organized within the framework of the project WomenBridges-Bridging Opportunities for Young Women, financed by the Erasmus + program of the European Union.

We expect you on 21 February 2023 from 10:00 to 14:00 h at JA Startup Hambar (Knyaz Alexander Dondukov Blvd. 54b, Fl. 1, entrance from Vassil Levski Blvd, Sofia 1000) and online at https://www.facebook.com/impactdrive.eu.
