DigiComs online training

Practically oriented online training for developing the competencies of girls and young women in the field of digital communication, focused on causes, civic initiatives and activist activities. The training is part of the project "Communication of causes and activism in the online environment - DigiComs" , which is implemented by the association "VIA CIVIC " in partnership with the Foundation "Impact Drive" with the financial support of the Bulgarian Fund for Women.

Between 20 and 40 participants will be selected and included in the training free of charge. They will have access to comprehensive knowledge, exchange of experience, practice, meeting with professionals and experts in various fields.

Selection criteria:

• The training is aimed at girls and young women (18-35 years), incl. in a vulnerable situation, who are motivated to develop the competencies of digital communicators and to find their professional vocation in communicating causes in the NGO sector.
• The course is entirely online and an important condition is that all participants have the time of the course with a computer and regular internet access to ensure the opportunity for full participation.
• Participants have the opportunity to plan their time so as to be active and regular in the learning process, to attend all online sessions and to perform practical and test tasks. The expected average weekly employment is between 3 and 6 hours for training modules and time for self-preparation and completion of the provided tasks.

Successful graduates will be involved in networking with representatives of the NGO sector, where they have the potential to work as professional communicators.
