Designing social change

The "Designing Social Change" training is part of our Impact HUB series:

The Hub focuses on the ability of civil society organizations to offer solutions, new ideas and approaches to contemporary societal problems. The hub also aims to ensure sustainable and flexible work of civil organizations in the ever-changing environment and to provide professionals in them with the necessary knowledge and skills for effective and impactful work.

The "Designing Social Change" training focuses on modern approaches in finding and strategizing solutions for change. We will cover topics and approaches related to generating ideas, developing social innovation, engaging stakeholders and working with our communities, trends in civic work, theory of change and impact planning, strategy building, action plans and financial planning.

The training "Designing social change" is suitable for team members, decision-makers for the development of the organization– members of governing bodies, executive and program directors, managers, etc.

We expect participants to demonstrate motivation to participate, a willingness to apply what they have learned, and a willingness to fully engage in the training and attend all sessions. Participation in the training is based on a submitted registration form and approval by the team that the participant meets the participation criteria.

Expected learning outcome: For organizations to have a clear vision, mission and work priorities, which will help them in planning the priorities with which they will apply for financial support, as well as in the optimal operational planning and fundraising.

Participation in the training does not guarantee receipt of funding and is not related to the evaluation of application forms.
