Building Strong Alliances

The "Designing Social Change" training is part of our Impact HUB series:

The Hub focuses on the ability of civil society organizations to offer solutions, new ideas and approaches to contemporary societal problems. The hub also aims to ensure sustainable and flexible work of civil organizations in the ever-changing environment and to provide professionals in them with the necessary knowledge and skills for effective and impactful work.

"Building strong alliances" aims to build trust, activate supporters, create partnerships and networks - these are the focus topics in the training. It will cover aspects related to communication, image and branding, connecting with supporters, donors, volunteers and communities. We will put the collaboration opportunities and benefits of networking on the map. Everything will be considered through the practical work and solutions of experts in civil organizations.

Suitable for team members involved in communication, fundraising, working with communities and volunteers, coordinating partnership activities, coordinators of networks and coalitions. From the participants, we expect them to demonstrate motivation to participate, willingness to apply what they have learned, as well as a willingness to fully engage in the training, to attend all sessions. Participation in the training is based on a submitted registration form and approval by the team that the participant meets the participation criteria.

Expected learning outcome: organizations will build their communication identity and identify their potential partners.

Participation in the training does not guarantee receipt of funding and is not related to the evaluation of application forms.
