The "Building Strong Alliances" training is part of the Impact HUB:

The Hub focuses on the capacity of civil society organizations to offer solutions, new ideas, and approaches to contemporary societal issues. It also aims to ensure the sustainable and agile operation of these organizations within a constantly changing environment and to equip their professionals with the knowledge and skills needed for effective, high-impact work.

The "Building Strong Alliances" training focuses on building trust, mobilizing supporters, and creating partnerships and networks. It covers aspects of how organizations shape their image and identity, and how this process influences relationships with supporters, donors, volunteers, and communities, as well as its impact on projects and operational approaches. We will map out opportunities for collaboration and the benefits of networking. All topics will be explored through practical work and solutions developed by experts within civil society organizations.

The "Building Strong Alliances" training is suitable for team members involved in communications, fundraising, community and volunteer engagement, partnership coordination, and the coordination of networks and coalitions.

Expected outcome: organizations will develop their communication identity and identify potential partners. IMPORTANT: in order to make the training as accessible as possible, Impact Drive provides free overnight accommodation for participants who travel from other cities

The hub also aims to ensure sustainable and flexible work of civil organizations in the ever-changing environment and to provide professionals in them with the necessary knowledge and skills for effective and impactful work.
