Sustainable organisations: workshop

The "Sustainable Organisations" workshop is part of our Impact HUB series:

The Hub focuses on the capacity of civil society organizations to offer solutions, new ideas, and approaches to contemporary social issues. It also aims to ensure the sustainable and agile operation of these organizations within a constantly changing environment and to equip their professionals with the knowledge and skills needed for effective, high-impact work.

The "Sustainable Organisations" workshop focuses on building practical skills, internal processes, and tools to ensure operational efficiency and optimal resource utilization. We will address action plan monitoring processes, organizational management (internal procedures, good governance, people management, working with volunteers and pro-bono experts, agility, and change management), as well as impact assessment. The workshop will serve as a foundation for assessing individual organizational needs and developing tailored support plans involving consultancy and mentoring. These plans will outline the schedule and approach for working with each organization's team.

Expected training outcome: translating the strategies developed during the previous two training sessions into effective day-to-day operations through appropriate tools and people management.
