Professional experience in individual and group consultations, personal development trainings. In the process of acquiring qualification as a psychotherapist in Family Therapy.

I volunteer at Emprove and create articles and trainings for some of the events where we meet women live. Founder of the initiative "A day to remember" with the kind assistance of the Bulgarian Women's Fund.
On my personal page I have created two virtual series, touching on sensitive and important for the society topics: #The BadMother and #GlaSigNyaV
I created a communication strategy for the HiddenLikes project to reach young people with mental health problems who need socialization, integration and realization in the work environment.

Завърших политология в УНСС, а голямата ми страст са неправителственият сектор и прекрасните смислени инициативи, които се случват чрез него. От 12 години живея в Хасково – слънчев южен град с огромен потенциал, който с моето семейство избрахме за наш дом. От 9 години работя за различни неправителствени организации, а от 2019 година съм управител на Фондация ХАЛО 2019.
Повече от 1 г. съм посветила на това да се информирам от разнообразни източници за нормативната уредба, методите и средствата за финансиране в НПО сектора, както и за дигиталните форми на неговата дейност. За нуждите на стратегическото развитие на НЧ „Професор Васил Стоилов – 2020“ изградих база от знания в областта на комуникацията на каузи и активизъм в онлайн среда, направих стъпки към тяхното прилагане и създавам контакти с организации от неправителственият сектор със сходни на читалищните ценности и идеи.
Работа и интерес, ориентиран към общностни взаимодействия, чувствителност към организационната комуникация, административен и структуриран подход при развитие на комуникационен план, добро боравене с източници на информация и дигитални инструменти, стриктност и акуратност при боравене със срокове.
НПО секторът е възможност граждански осъзнати и активни хора да запълнят обществено осъзнати дефицити, там където не достигат създадените държавни структури и ресурси. Читалищата са първообраза на НПО сектора в България и именно там се зараждат много от исторически отвърдените революционни идеи дали тласък в развитието на страната. През годините читалищата насърчават и утвърждават духовните ценности, развиват гражданското общество, просветна дейност,образоват и информат.
