We all want to live meaningful lives, but where do we even start? An inspiring message from Jacqueline Novogratz on the meaning of doing things with purpose, putting yourself into your work, and following change. A brilliant, wide-ranging conversation that introduces us to the people she has met through her work, people who immerse themselves in a cause, a community, a passion for justice. These human stories bring us powerful moments and inspiration.

Jacqueline Novogratz is the founder and leader of Acumen, a non-governmental organization that follows a social business approach to improving the lives of the poor. In her book "The Blue Sweater," she shares stories of solutions that emphasize sustainable, bottom-up approaches as a counterpoint to traditional top-down aid, delivered through government programs or donor assistance.
The inspiration I took away from this conversation.
Every day we're faced with a choice: whether to take the easy path, or to stand by our morals, not fear those who are different, not hate, and follow the path toward change.
Few people change the course of history, but every day, each of us changes something small in the flow of events, and each of us helps paint the picture of our shared story.
