At the beginning of 2022, changes were approved to the Managing Board of the Impact Drive Foundation. We are happy to welcome to Veselina Panayotova, who brings new energy into our team.
Veselina has worked for over 15 years in the corporate sector with fast-moving products in senior management positions and has experience in business development and sales. She led a team of 200+ people and worked with an annual turnover of over 250+ million leva. She has extensive experience from her past daily work with entrepreneurs. She graduated with business administration with a specialization in marketing and management in the United States.

She was part of the team of Procter & Gamble Bulgaria, Ficosota, Carlsberg Bulgaria.
Panayotova decided to slow down her fast-paced work 2 years ago and founded a consulting business for an all-women's team, something she has been dreaming of accomplishing since college. She believes that every mother has the right to a healthy balance between their work and their children. Because she knows what it's like to have a cause to work for, she is also in great support of social entrepreneurs.
Veselina is also part of the foundation's operational team and develops activities aimed at equality for women and mothers and a good work-life balance. She is the engine of the Momgotajob project. She additionally works on the majority of Impact Drive's initiatives and is a mentor for social entrepreneurs. According to Vesi, "Social entrepreneurs have the right to reveal the beauty of their work with the stories behind it."
Within the adopted changes Theodora Ivanova-Valeva takes over the position of Executive Director of the Impact Drive Foundation, which will complement her position as Chair of the Board.
