    About me

    A miracle worker who advocates for social equality in a corporate environment, an active volunteer for organizations working with asylum seekers, victims of violence and trafficking in economic and humanitarian education, who speaks little but enough Arabic to be able to bring a smile to the face of people who have lost home and homeland, the owner of a big mouth - a guarantee of starting a productive dialogue, or big trouble.

     

    Professional path

    • From 2017 to March 2020, a volunteer at the Refugee Project (CVS and Caritas) - classes in Bulgarian language and civic education for people seeking protection;

    • April 2018 - participation in the Service Learning Accelerator of The VMware Foundation - preparation of training materials for working with Micro: Bit in Coder Dojo workshops;

    • From September 2020 until now - volunteer consultant on the hotline for victims of violence at the Animus Association Foundation

    Digital competencies

    Professional handling of Google Docs, Office 356, OneDrive, MS Teams, good skills for working with "Canva", "Wix", Facebook, use of platforms for meetings and webinars in digital environment: "Zoom", "Hopin" and to facilitate collaboration: “Miro”. One of my strengths is creating content and communicating sensitive and unpopular topics - refugee rights, LGBTQ + people, violence against women, human trafficking, working with minority groups.

    Professional interests in the NGO field

    My professional interest is focused on working with people seeking protection in Bulgaria, working for equal rights of people from the LGBTQ + community, activities related to ensuring diversity, equality and inclusion of less represented demographic groups in economic, social and political life. the country, the fight against hate speech and hate crimes, improving the quality of education and the opportunities for better education and health care for people at risk of social exclusion.

    I am open to work all over the country, I speak English, Polish and Russian very well and I use Serbian independently, I have knowledge of Spanish and Arabic.

     

    Achievements / Portfolio

    I am sincerely proud to be a Co-Lead of VMInclusion @ Bulgaria initiative and that thanks to the efforts of the team and after a nomination written by my colleague and me, last year VMware Bulgaria won a Distinctive Mark for significant achievements in the effective implementation of equality policy. of women and men of the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy. The nomination with which VMware Bulgaria won third place in the category Tolerance and Inclusion at the Career Show in Nov 2020, presenting the strategy for diversity and inclusion was written by me.
