Teodora Ivanova-Valeva

Founder of IVersa, co-founder and Chairman of the Board of the Impact Drive Foundation and Director of Partnerships at CSR Bulgaria and an expert at the Open Society Institute, directly responsible for the design, development and management of projects and program coordinator of the program to support NGOs in Bulgaria under the EEA FM.

For more than 15 years she has been involved in the development and management of projects and knows in detail their specifics. She has worked with all types of donors and funding programs, knows the various forms of fundraising, prepares development strategies, NGO fundraising plans, quality management plans, communication strategy and more. He has extensive experience in managing grant schemes, evaluating programs and projects, mentoring, event moderation and event management, and working with the media.

He is a certified trainer and creates and teaches training programs on the topics of fundraising, social entrepreneurship, storytelling and communication for NGOs, European and donor funding programs, project management.

He believes and works to ensure that organizations that strive to make the world a better place have the best knowledge and skills that will give them the resources to achieve their goals successfully.

Diana Zapryanova

Co-founder of the Impact Drive Foundation and its Executive Director, Communications and Fundraising Consultant

Her 15 years of communications experience is based on working with a wide range of corporate organizations, diplomatic missions and NGOs.

He has been involved in projects in the field of corporate social responsibility since 2002. With his then employer BNP PARIBA laid the foundations of the first social kitchen by distributing 150 lunches a day, raising funds for them from partners and employees of the bank. Currently, the kitchen donates lunch to 1,750 people in Sofia and Varna.

In the following years he initiated or participated in many similar projects. She was Development Director at the Cedar Foundation, an NGO with a strong entrepreneurial spirit in fundraising, where she was responsible for creating and implementing the fundraising strategy and developing donor partnerships.

He believes that 99% of fundraising is communication, or finding the right way to present your cause, convincing people to believe in it and support it, and finally to thank and share a result that makes them proud.

Janine Todorova

Co-founder of the Impact Drive Foundation and financial expert in NGOs with many years of experience

Master of Economics and Master of Law with significant experience.

For over 25 years he has been working in the field of financial and administrative management of NGOs, as well as in a number of donor programs such as "Program for support of NGOs in Bulgaria under FM EEA 2009-2014", where he manages the financial reporting of over 200 organizations. increasing the capacity of NGOs,
Janine's extensive experience and expertise also include financial management of innovative technologies, development of documentation in connection with investment intentions of foreign investors.
A certified business evaluation expert is also a consultant under the PHARE program for management and increasing the competitiveness of small and medium enterprises, as well as a certified expert in the field of public procurement.
