Lecturers
Teodora Ivanova-Valeva
is the founder of IVersa, co-founder and Chairman of the Board of the Impact Drive Foundation and Director of Social Development in the Bulgarian Network for Corporate Social Responsibility, as well as an expert at the Open Society Institute, directly responsible for design, development and project management and program coordinator to the program for support of NGOs in Bulgaria under the EEA FM. For more than 15 years she has been involved in the development and management of projects and knows in detail their specifics. She has worked with all types of donors and funding programs, knows the various forms of fundraising, prepares development strategies, NGO fundraising plans, quality management plans, communication strategy. He has extensive experience in managing grant schemes, evaluating programs and projects, event management and working with the media.
He is a certified trainer and creates and teaches training programs on the topics of fundraising, social entrepreneurship, European and donor programs for funding, project management.

Boris Kolev
is the executive director of the Bulgarian Network for Corporate Social Responsibility. He currently manages a group of companies in the field of marketing innovation and is the sole owner of JT International Group. He is a co-founder of DigiMark, one of the fastest growing startups in 2013, with a focus on mobile software development. He is an honorary president of the Bulgarian Forum League and is a member of the board of directors of Mastermind Bulgaria and several other non-profit organizations in Bulgaria. In 2007, Business Week Worldwide ranked Boris 2nd among the "Most Successful Young Entrepreneurs in Europe". In 2011 won 2nd place for the award "Best Young Manager of Bulgaria". In 2013 falls in the first ranking "30 under 30" of young leaders with the greatest potential in the country according to Forbes magazine. In the meantime he is involved in the development of social projects and is a business consultant, mentor and guest lecturer in Bulgarian and foreign universities on topics such as Entrepreneurship and Social Business.
Diana Zapryanova
Co-founder of the Impact Drive Foundation and its executive director. Diana has many years of experience in communications and fundraising for leading international companies such as BNP Paribas, AES Corporation, Expirian, Lenovo, HTC and organizations such as the British Council, the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Sofia and the Cedar Foundation. She was Director of Development at the Cedar Foundation, an NGO with a strong entrepreneurial spirit in fundraising, where she was responsible for creating and implementing the fundraising strategy and developing donor partnerships.
He believes that 99% of fundraising is communication, or finding the right way to present your cause, convincing people to believe in it and support it, and finally to thank and share a result that makes them proud.
