Practically oriented online training for developing the competencies of girls and young women in the field of digital communication, focused on causes, civic initiatives and activist activities, which is carried out within the project "Communication of causes and activism in the online environment - DigiComs" , which is implemented by the association "VIA CIVIC" in partnership with the Impact Drive Foundation funded by the Bulgarian Women's Fund.

Between 20 and 40 participants will be included in the training free of charge, who will have access to complex knowledge, exchange of experience, practice, meeting with professionals and experts in various fields.

Before applying, make sure you read the project information and training details in detail here :

• The training is aimed at girls and young women aged 18-35, incl. in a vulnerable situation, who are motivated to develop the competencies of digital communicators and to find their professional vocation in communicating causes in the NGO sector.
• The course is entirely online and an important condition is that all participants have the time of the course with a computer and regular access to the Internet to ensure their ability to participate in the training.
• Make sure that you can plan your time so that you can actively participate in the learning process, attend all planned online sessions and perform the set practical and test tasks. The expected average weekly employment is between 3 and 6 hours of training modules and time for self-preparation and completion of the provided tasks.

Successful graduates will be involved in networking with representatives of the NGO sector, where they have the potential to work as professional communicators.
